El Bastony respects the privacy of visitors, applicants, and members who interact with our teams, tournaments, and forms. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, display name, avatar.
• Public form submissions: contact, partnership, and join fields you voluntarily provide.
• Limited technical logs (IP address, user agent) for abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use your data to operate your account, respond to your inquiries, send transactional notifications (email verification, role decision, join confirmation), and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on Supabase for authentication and database, and Resend for transactional email. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing fares@elbastony.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Policy updates

We may update this policy. Substantive changes will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
